“Villa MacNealy came highly recommended to us by my brother and his wife who had used her to purchase their home. We were stationed over in Italy but knew we would be PCSing back to the Bremerton/Silverdale area in Washington soon. We had contacted her about 4 months prior to our move and she was more than willing to work with us even though we were still overseas. She took my mom to see houses for us, took lots of pictures to send and share with us, kept in constant contact, and provided us with plenty of information on the homes we were interested in. She answered all of our emails and questions very quickly. When we finally arrived in Bremerton, we had told her we really wanted to purchase a home within 2 months and get me settled in before my husband got stationed overseas again. “This was my very first house hunting experience. Villa listened to my requests to stay away from certain areas-not to waste time during the search. She knew I had a budget to stick to so the price was imperative. She communicated quickly- she would email or text and if I sent a message, I almost always got an immediate response even at 11pm. She was extremely patient with the family members that insisted on viewing homes with us. She works a lot in the area and she already had a working relationship with my chosen mtg consultant which made the paperwork process very easy.
